This property belongs to a local family; in fact, it is a family related to a past chief. If you come to our village, I, Lopez, will teach you the history of my family and the local people. We are located approximately 40 minutes away from Kelimutu National Park (the tri-colored lakes) by motobike or car (which can also be arranged for you here). Additionally, the guest houses and furniture were all-handmade and built by me, making it a unique stay!

I have a strong interest in hosting, cooking, and building- basically, anything! I have been in the tourism business for over ten years. I can speak English, Indonesian, and some French too. I dream of traveling out of this country, but I love my country, its people, its beauty, and most of all my family. This accomodation helps to give back to my community and supports a stable future for my siblings which I care for. You will learn more about me, my village, my family, and my country when you come.
