The house is close to Senggigi in the village of Kerandangan, in a beautiful valley, 15 mins walk from the beach and a short drive to other good beaches and restaurants. A 25m swimming pool is shared with 10 other houses and it's usually pretty quiet both at the pool and the house. There is a good sized garden around the house and a covered area to relax and eat in, in the corner of the garden. Good reliable car rental can be organised and a driver if required. Please note the pool is shared with 10 other houses but is generally very quiet.

The Secret Garden villas are in the village of Kerandangan, set in a beautiful valley, a short drive from Senggigi. Whilst there are some other holiday homes in the village, it is a proper Indonesian village and not an ex-pat enclave. If you wander around, people will greet you and you will see the real everyday life in a rural village. You can buy vegetables in the morning. You could also ask our housekeeper to do this for you. There are some small shops where you can buy some basics but generally we recommend shopping for food in Senggigi. To get around the area or around Lombok, you can rent motorbike (moped), car or you can rent the driver with car. If you don’t want to do that there are 24 hours blue bird taxis.
