With its large swimming pool, plenty of patio space, and spacious living areas on both floors, one even featuring a football table, it’s the perfect retreat for large groups or families looking to enjoy Bali in comfort and style. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests, with an option to host 2 additional guests (for an extra guest fee). The property is thoughtfully designed across two floors: Ground Floor: This level offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a spacious living area with a smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. All spaces open out to the lush tropical garden and the large private swimming pool, complete with a cozy patio, an ideal spot to relax with a drink after a day of exploring or shopping in Bali. Second Floor: Here, you'll discover two more well-appointed bedrooms, which share a bathroom, and a second living area with a generous seating space. There’s also a football table (known as 'babyfoot' in French or 'foosball' in the US) for fun games with family and friends, as well as a rooftop balcony for soaking up the sun and getting a tan. The villa is fully staffed to provide a smooth and effortless stay, with daily cleaning available six days a week and pool and garden maintenance two to three times weekly. Please note that insects, bugs, lizards, and geckos are common in Bali, especially outdoors, but they are harmless. We regularly fumigate to control mosquitoes, though it may not eliminate them entirely. A few things to keep in mind: - There may be some occasional noise from nearby construction. - The parking area is best suited for motorbikes or scooters, while regular-sized cars can be used for drop-offs only. - The alley leading to the villa has limited lighting at night, so we kindly suggest taking extra care when walking after dark.
