House Rules and Guest Policies:

Noise Policy:

• We kindly ask our guests to be mindful of noise levels, particularly during late hours, to ensure the tranquility and privacy of neighboring properties and fellow guests.

Smoking Policy:

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Rooms. Designated public smoking areas are available for your convenience, and we kindly request that cigarette butts be disposed of responsibly. Please be aware that Villa Selatan is constructed from highly flammable materials.

Pet Policy:

• While we understand the companionship pets can bring, we regret to inform you that pets are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been obtained from the management. Additional fees and restrictions may apply, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Security Deposit and Damages:

• Security Deposit: To ensure the upkeep of our villa, a security deposit is required upon check-in, amounting to 10% of the total stay. Rest assured, this deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.

• Damages: While we trust our guests to treat our villa with care, we kindly remind you that any damages caused during your stay, including to furniture, appliances, and decor, will be the responsibility of the guest. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit, with any remaining balance refunded to you.

Maximum Room Occupancy:

• In consideration of the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that room occupancy does not exceed 3 guests per room with existing furniture.

Maximum Visitors:

• To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that the number of visitors during daytime hours does not exceed double the maximum room occupancy.

Liability and Indemnity:

• Liability: While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests, we kindly remind you that the management accepts no liability for personal injury, accidents, or loss of belongings during your stay. For your safety, we request that you exercise caution around the premises and refrain from approaching the cliff edge. Any disregard for this safety measure is done at your own risk.

• Indemnity: We kindly ask our guests to agree to indemnify and hold harmless the villa owners and management from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the villa or any breach of these terms and conditions.

Local Regulations and Cultural Sensitivities:

• Local Regulations: As our valued guests, we kindly request your compliance with all local laws and regulations during your stay, including noise ordinances, waste disposal guidelines, and any restrictions on alcohol consumption or social gatherings.

• Cultural Sensitivities: We kindly ask our guests to respect the local culture and customs, including dress codes when visiting religious sites or attending local events. Any disrespectful behavior towards the local community will not be tolerated, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

لا يمكن للضيوف الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاماً تسجيل الوصول إلا برفقة أحد الوالدين أو وصي رسمي.

سيُطلب تأمين ضد الأضرار بقيمة 1,500,000 Rp عند الوصول. سيتم تحصيل المبلغ كدفعة نقدية. سيتم إعادة المبلغ إليك عند المغادرة. سيتم إعادة مبلغ التأمين بشكل نقدي بالكامل، وذلك يخضع للتحقق من مكان الإقامة.
