Family run business renting a modern 6 bedroomed house in the centre of dromod renting rooms individually or the option to rent the whole house for large groups, hen parties, families, birthdays etc

Property information

Sleek modern town house with spacious rooms available to rent individually for short or long term stays, or option to rent the whole house. Large communal kitchen with the option to call into the restaurant or cafe next door if you dont fancy cooking. Large communal sitting room with a 60 inch smart tv and an insert stove for those winter evenings. Free parking at the back and front of the house, with free wifi internet. All power showers with instant hot water from the gas central heating system. 6 bedrooms to choose from, with 4 rooms en-suite and 2 rooms sharing a very large family bathroom with shower and bath,(ROOM 1 AND ROOM 4), large bathroom on the ground floor off the hall. Also the option to rent the entire house for larger groups or families, birthday parties, hen weekends etc.

Dromod is a town located in co leitrim along the shore of intertwining lough boderg and lough bofin. Dromod has a stunning harbour which is busy with boating tourism in the summer, along with a tennis court next to the harbour. You have the choice of 3 pubs/restaurants in the town, food shop and train station just on the outskirts of town, with a bus stop and local link bus. Nice cafe shop beside hair dressers/beauty salon and take away. 15 minutes drive to carrick on shannon.
