Dunville Lodge consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining table seating four, a dining room, and a sitting room with Smart TV and study desk. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and double. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, handheld shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared enclosed rear garden with sheltered decking, gravel, furniture, and barbecue, plus ample off-road parking and EV charging. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. However you decide to spend your days here in County Offaly, ensures a memorable getaway with a stay at Dunville Lodge. Note: Slight step into walk-in shower in ground-floor shower room. Note: Due to the mezzanine structure of the house, there is no door between the king-size bedroom and sitting room.
