My personal style is contemporary, which features throughout the house and beyond. The property typically functions as a B&B mid-week, and full house serviced rental for weekends and holiday times. The property is situated on an elevated site high in the Cooley Mountain, overlooking mountains, forests and bay views. It is a modern building, decorated in a contemporary style with Boutique style features such as solid wood floors, open fireplaces, wall coverings, lamps and mirrors. The guest bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, including comfortable beds and bedding, tv's, and high speed internet access. There is a hot beverage dispenser in each room. Iron & Ironing boards and hair dryers also feature. We are Pet friendly too! Please note that the venue is set in a small residential area. As such, it is not suitable for hen, stag and/ or loud group gatherings. Thank you for your understanding. 🙏

The Cooley peninsula is an outdoor pursuits haven, with lots of beautiful walks, trails and areas of historical interest. Local restaurants include 'The Carlingford Brewing Company' (5 min drive) for quality pizza and beer, and 'Fitzpatricks' (10 min drive) for more traditional fare. The medieval village of Carlingford and its many ancient castles, churches, traditional pubs, restaurants and water activities is 15 minutes drive away.
