Newly Renovated Summer 2019. Delightful Cottage, 5 minutes Drive from Ballyheigue and Causeway, 20 minutes Drive from Tralee, 40 minutes drive from Killarney/Dingle, 20 minutes Drive from Ballybunnion/Listowel. Make yourself at home in front of a Log/Turf Stove after a day of Activites. Peaceful Location so a good nights sleep can be had by all. Cots Available Upon Request. Barbeque Available Upon Request Storage Heaters/Electric Heaters Fitted WIFI Internet FREE DVD Player Available upon Request

Ballyheigue has a fascinating history involving Silver Treasure, Shipwrecks, Burnt down Castles and more. An number of excellent books including “The Story of Ballyheigue” were written by local Author and Historian Bryan McMahon. There is a Blue Flag beach 5 minutes drive away, with wonderrful coastal drives around Kerry Head. Ballyheigue is a Bustling village with SUmmer Festivals and the Famous Pattern Day every September bringing crowds of people from near and far away.
