The living areas in this three-storey property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with an AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, and TV, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and safe, a sitting room with open fire and a selection of books, and a first-floor dining room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with Sky TV, and a king-size and a twin on the second floor, along with a ground-floor shower room, a first-floor cloakroom, and a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is a patio with furniture, a balcony with furniture and barbecue, and a multi-level garden, along with roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Ramelton, a peaceful historic settlement in County Donegal, is located where the River Lennon merges with Lough Swilly at the tip of the Fanad Peninsula. Ramelton, which was founded in the 17th century and is tucked within a wooded valley, is known for its unusual warehouse architecture on its quays. One of Donegal's most significant ports, Ramelton has a rich history. In the 1800s, ships from the Caribbean came here to export the village's linen. Even though the area is now quieter, there are still a lot of friendly local businesses that welcome tourists, and there are plenty of chances for golfers and fisherman.
