Fuchsia Lodge – Sea View Holiday Home in Glandore, West Cork Fuchsia Lodge is a newly renovated 3-bedroom holiday home just a 5-minute walk from Glandore Pier, with sea views from almost every window. Slightly elevated from the road, it offers a bright and welcoming space in one of West Cork’s most scenic villages. The home opens with a traditional half-door into a utility room, equipped with a brand-new washing machine and tumble dryer. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped with new appliances, including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, plus all cookware and utensils. A round dining table seats six with views over Glandore Bay. The living area includes a large sofa, armchair, a cosy wood-burning stove, and a bay window reading nook with a rocking chair. Entertainment includes a new Sky Glass TV and free WiFi, with 5G also available. Upstairs are three bedrooms, all ensuite. The master has a super-king bed and plenty of storage. A twin room with two single beds and a shower ensuite is also on the first floor. The third bedroom (open-plan attic room) features two single beds and a bathroom with a bath. There’s a furnished patio at the front, perfect for enjoying the sea view. A small beach is just a minute’s walk away, and Glandore’s harbour is nearby for swimming, sailing, or sunset strolls. Parking is available for one car, with more on the road outside. Please note: The property is located beside a road with no front gate, so young children must be supervised. While Glandore itself is a peaceful retreat, it’s also perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding area. The lively fishing village of Union Hall lies just 1.5km across the water, connected by a scenic bridge, while the bustling market town of Skibbereen is only 5 miles away.
