A beautiful scandinavian designed log cabin in a private wooded development, 30 River Valley is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With no wifi or mobile signal in the house, you really can switch off and enjoy the peace. We offer a range of books, board games and DVDs for guests - as well as a collection of sheet music for traditional Irish music: you are welcome to bring your own acoustic instruments to play. We have 2 seating areas inside, a downstairs porch and an upstairs veranda so there is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of cooking equipment including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster cooker and fridge freezer. The utility room contains cleaning products as well as a washing machine and tumble drier. We have 1 downstairs king size bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There is also a separate bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The main sitting/dining/kitchen area is open plan and fully furnished for 6. Upstairs has 2 further bedrooms - one with a king size footless bed and the other with twin single beds. There is a shower room on this level, as well as the mezzanine area which has further seating, books and a door out to the veranda.

We chose River Valley to be our holiday home because we fell in love with the gorgeous, quirky house and glorious surroundings. We have chosen the furnishings carefully, and we hope our guests love it as much as we do. Although we are not local, we are fortunate in having an excellent maintenance and housekeeping crew locally to keep the house up to the highest standards of repair and cleanliness.

River Valley is around 10 minutes drive from Ballyconnell, a lovely and friendly small town with a range of shops, cafes and pubs. Enniskillen and Cavan are both within 40 minutes drive, with a wide range of entertainment and activities on offer. There are woodland, riverside and hill walks all within a short drive. We have lots of leaflets in the house showing attractions in the area. River Valley itself is a beautiful and peaceful development. No loud noise is allowed after 10pm and we ask that all guests respect our neighbours.
