تم تجديد فندق Addar في يونيو 2013، وهو يتمتع بموقع ممتاز في منتصف الطريق بين مركز المدينة الحديث والمدينة القديمة في القدس. ويقدّم هذا الفندق البوتيكي المُدار عائلياً خدمة واي فاي مجانيّة وغرفة للياقة البدنيّة.
تمت إعادة بناء مبنى الفندق الأصلي الذي يعود تاريخه للقرن 19 بالكامل في عام 1997 مع الإبقاء على المدخل والواجهة الأصليّة.
تحتوي الغرف في فندق Addar على شرفات و/أو نوافذ فرنسيّة. كما تضم بعض الغرف حوض استحمام سبا.
تبعد أسوار المدينة القديمة 5 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام، كما تبعد كاتدرائيّة سانت جورج دقيقتين فقط سيراً على الأقدام من الفندق.

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
