The flat is a 50 square meter flat, an attic of a 150 year old Templer house. A small kitchenet, TV area with a couch and a bed set as one unit. In addition to a shower and toilet.
Located in a central location. Overlooking the Bahai Shrine and gardens. Plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops and bars nearby. Grocery store across the street selling also fruit and vegetables. 60 meters away bakery serving freshly baked bread, pastries... etc Seashore one kilometer away. Very close to Bus stations to different directions of the city.
