Luxury brand new 2 double bedroom apartment. Located on the 5th floor of a new building located in the most central part of TLV with sun balcony, open plan kitchen with lounge, kitchen with all appliances , 2 xtv with cable, wifi throughout and under ground parking space can be rented at 120shekels per day upon request.located a few mins walk to the beach and next to supermarkets, cafe's, shops, bars and restaurants.We can provide a travel cot and high chair for baby upon request (extra charge). The apartment is non smoking please keep the apartment free of smoke. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep the noise to a normal level.Please look after the apartment and keep tidy and and take down the rubbish and dispose outside in the bins provided. - Amenities like "Baby travel cot" or "Baby high" chair can be provided on request. An extra fee of 200 shekels will be charged for the "Baby travel cot" and 150 shekels for "Baby high chair". Those equipment are not included in the apartment and just listed on the description in order to inform you that we can provide them to you if needed.
