Luxury new apartment fully equipped ,5 star 24/7 security in the lobby entrance. , 2 BD (76sq meters + private & big balcony 15sq to west ) in the heart of the old Jaffa , neighborhood - young, hip, alive and still quiet. Only 3 minutes walk to the Port of Jaffa and to the beach, restsaurants, bars, galleries, small shops, cafes and supermarkets in 2 m walk . Right near the flee market , The best spot to explore the old and the new city. you get free sim and Ipone to use in isarel .

This apartment is the perfect place to sink into the daily rhythm of life in Tel Aviv. It is a 3 different spaces + balcony, very cozy and homey : The entry includes the kitchen, living room , and 1 bedrooms & 1 bathroom 2 toilet (separated) . Plus, there is the grand balcony where you can peacefully enjoy the warm sun of Tel-Aviv. The soothing sunny exposure inside the house make for incredible lighting and an instant sense of home and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plates, fridge, toaster oven, microwave and a fair amount of counter space, AC/heat available. The spaciousness of the interior space of the house makes it ideal for a couple / couple+1/2 child or 3 friends . The neighborhood is upcoming, hip and bohemian and close to everything you can think of. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach, Jaffa's Flea market and port, the artistic Florentin area, old Neve Tzedek and the renewed "Mitcham Hatachana". Rotschild avenue is just 1.5 km away. There are plenty of grocery stores and vegetable stores just around the corner, and u can find lots of small caffes and a large variety of street food, restaurants and bars.
