New Property with good Natural light & Breeze. Easy approach for airports, parks and holy places. A.J hospital is almost 1.5km away. Guests can make use of the terrace for an open terrace kitchen with a prior permission of the host. The wash area is provided on every floor for easy access. Parking is available for one vehicle at a parking lot if u have more vehicles then it can be parked outside our property where there is plenty of space available I have been into a I.T business for the past 24 years, this new venture is exciting and I am serious about it. Property is unique because it feels like you're in the outskirts being in center of the city. Lot of open space to hang around. Aikya is located in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. It's Unique surrounded by natural light and breeze .For those who want to be with nature can get up early and get to see a family of peacocks. For the morning walk I suggest to visit Kadri park which is hardly a km away from our place and use a jogging track. It's a place where you will love to stay for long .A.J hospital and some major hospitals,parks,malls,and holy places are within a radius of 3km
