The house is located 15 mins drive from Lavasa City in a quaint village on the backwaters of Warasgaon Dam. The neighborhood is quiet countryside with very few houses, farms, mountains, and hills all around. There are a lot of streams and waterfalls around the house which can be explored by a short drive or hikes. Getting around You can reach the house via three routes: A. If coming from Mumbai (190km, 4 hrs drive)/Aundh/Hinjewadi you can come via Lavasa city. It’s a smooth hilly road going through villages, passing the Temghar dam, Lavasa dam, and beautiful valley views. Rs. 500 entry fee per car is charged while entering Lavasa city. B. If coming from Pune city (60 km, 1.5 hrs drive), you can come via Khadakwasla and take the Panshet- Lavasa road. It's a smooth lakeside road for most of the drive with no hills and very few potholes. No entry fees are applicable here as it is outside Lavasa limits. C. Guests coming from Mumbai/Aundh/Baner can also take another route via Mutha Village that can avoid Lavasa entry but it is not a very smooth road. The driving time is the same.
