FriendlyStay at Madanandapuram - It is a 3 BHK individual house in which each Bedroom has a bathroom attached private for each guest. Common areas shared by all guests include - Kitchen, Dinning and Living Area.
Each of the Bedroom as its private to each guest includes - Queen Sized bed, AC, Free Wifi, Dressing Area. The queen sized bed can accommodate 2 adults. Extra mattress can be availed on advance notice for the additional person to be accommodated in the same room. The bathroom is fitted with Geyser to provide hot water and provisioned with free toiletries. Fresh towels & bedding provided and are changed regularly.
The facility is provisioned with a kitchen and have required utensils for preparing food by the guest themselves. For guests intending to have food through us, we can either prepare or arrange through nearby restaurants/Swiggy/Zomato. It is chargeable for the guests including breakfast. However, good restaurants are also available around and home delivery option available through Zomato, Swiggy and from local hotels.
Host (Sam) is a friendly person and loves to meet people and provide all required support to make the stay comfortable and safe.
Host doesnot stay in this property, however the Check-in and Check-out process is made smooth by self check-in.
It is a residential area surrounded with houses. Away from the noise of vehicles etc...A quiet and safe place to stay.
Our house is located in the southern part of the Chennai city. It is nearly 6 -7 KM away from the airport and a very safe place to stay. It is near to MIOT and SRI RAMACHANDRA hospitals. Shopping malls and Restaurants are available at a distance of 1-3 KM. Marina beach would be 20 KM away. DLF IT Park and Chennai Trade Center are at a distance of 3-5 KM. Places like T-Nagar, Guindy, other Shopping Malls are accessible within 1-12 KM's. Nearest Metro station is at Alandur.
