Glen View was built around the mis 1800s, A 160-year-old British Bungalow, the erstwhile residence of JOHN WALSH till 1861, and later that of the Administrator General /viceroy of Bengal till 1906. It is located on the main Jakhoo hill Of Shimla about 5 minutes’ walk from the Ridge/Mall Road. Our immediate neighbours are the CMs Residence and the Raj Bhawan, apart from MLA Bunglows, Hotel Woodville Palace and Radha Swami Satsang. The total Area of the Estate is about 1 Acre. The main house, which was recently renovated, is a single storey Bungalow spread over 10000 Sq Ft. consists of 7 bedrooms with attached baths and dressing rooms, living rooms, Drawing- and-Dining Room, along with Kitchen/Store/Utility areas .

Shimla's magnificent hills and mystical woods host the heritage homestay of Glen View. This villa houses 6 comfortable, spacious rooms with wooden old-charm interiors, yet all modern luxuries. There are plenty of indoor activities like table tennis, carrom, darts and board games, while you can also enjoy the outdoors with badminton, roller-skating and cycling. The villa's location also allows you to enjoy tourist attractions like Jakhoo Temple, Christ Church, The Ridge and of course, Mall Road.
