Discover your perfect family holiday rental in South Goa at Goa Beach Apartment, just a 5 minute walk from Colva Beach. All apartments provide accomodation with pool, free Wifi and free private parking. Recently renovated and located 550 metres from Colva Beach, 22 kms from Dabolim Goa Airport and 7.2 km from Margao Railway Station. The complex has good size swimming pool, pool for toddlers, fitness centre, garden and a large courtyard with all Buildings fitted with lifts. 3BHK are 1400 sq ft and 2BHK are 1250 sq ft with direct view of the pool from its huge balcony at a distance of 15 metres. Apartment features a 500 sq ft living room, Smart QLED TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, 3/2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, each with a walk in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. For security the apartment has a private entrance monitored by a 24x7 security camera in addition to the personal security guards manning both the gates of the complex. Grocery stores, supermarkets, wine shops, pharmacies, restaurants are all within 100 metres of the complex. Bikes and car rentals are also available.

I love to travel, interact with people hence very well uderstand guest expectations and able to address them on a timely basis. My co-host is a family friend, Gregorio, who assists me in handling GBA. He is a family person too with a spouse and three adult children, has more than 3 decades experience in serving international clients.
Complex offers a nice fitness centre and a good size swimming pool with a separat pool for toddlers. Colva Beach is within 5-10 min walk and offers variety of water sports. Complex is on the Colva beach road which is full of multi-cuisine restaurants, shopping stores, super markets, groceries, pharmacies, all within 100 mtrs of the apartment. There are sport bars as well as Night Clubs all within 750 mtrs of the complex so need of a car when you are in Goa Beach Apartment.
