This luxurious property is situated just 200 meters (7min walk) away from the famous, white sanded Benaulim beach. There is 24 ×7 security guard in this gated complex. It has a garden view , an excess to an outdoor pool with an extra charge, FREE high speed Wi-Fi and Air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. There are plenty of famous restaurants nearby that serve different cuisines. This spacious 1bhk can accommodate 4 people comfortably. It has a cozy sofa cum bed in the living room.The living room and the bedroom have a smart, flat screen TV's with satellite channels. It has 2 bathroom,an en suite bathroom and a common bathroom next to the living room. The accommodation has a well equipped kitchen for self cooking. All utensils,cutlery, toaster,microwave, kettle,refrigerator and a washing machine is provided . The Goa International Airport is 23kms away (45 min drive). and Madgaon railway station is 6.5 kms away.
