I, Dr. Anil Bettadahalli, an Ex-Research Engineer, and my partner Dr. Anusha stayed almost 7 years in France, returned to India to start our own business in the tourism and hospitality sector, as we were always fascinated by travelling and staying at hostels and homestays, started "iKyam", The Backpackers Hostel-Homestay to encourage young travellers to explore more of Coorg and also meet other fellow travellers by staying at our budget hostel-homestay. Property information

Our Hostel/Homestay is located in the heart of the city (Madikeri), close to many tourist attractions and also easily accessible to public transport facilities. The property has a beautiful terrace and rooftop with a garden (common area), where one can enjoy the morning sunrise and also perfect for small group parties in the evening with a good ambience. Please note that the ALCHOHOL IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY! *SPECIAL MENTION: YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER CONTACTING US and PAYING THE ADVANCE AMOUNT (50%).
