your host is a farmer. He likes to please people to show them the environment, to kook curry on wood fire , to have a drink together (local wine for example) and to talk about life. He loves animals and the agricultural work. In the meantime he is organizing all kind of works in and around the house. The most he likes to organize a party for hi friends with local music and dance. He likes to travel and was in europe one time.

the house is new built (2019) and is well insulated. The atmosphere in the rooms is mixed indian/european, (bed, night table, 2 chairs, table to work on laptop/computer, little carpets and paintings. The doors have two racks to hang cloths. The bathrooms are high quality (jaquar sanitary) and spacious ( around 6 M2). Toilet and shower are separated by a wall, which gives more privacy. Floors and walls in bathroom marble/tiles, bedrooms marble. Hot water by solar installation gives plenty of hot water. The spacious rooftop is suitable for yoga courses or just to have a drink/snacks and enjoy the view of countryside, mountains, agriculture, garden etc.. The kitchen is ready to serve breakfast, which also can be taken to the veranda (first floor), In front of the house is a garden and parking places, separated from the road by a fence and a gate. At the entrance a porch where you can sit. The house is also in use as a farm, so you can see a tractor, plow, bags,, water supply etc., in the backside vegetables and fruits Some friendly dogs around the house, who sleep in the day and guarding in the nights. The plants are rather new but will grow more by supplying water every day.

lalita is surrounded by fields full of crops, wheat, vegetables. On the streets walk cows, buffalo and goats with their guardians. Drive tractors, some cars and old fashioned buffalo trolleys. Khajuraho is world famous because of the temples with erotic images. Beside that is worth to see the waterfalls, animal reservation with tigers, to visit the dams for irrigation water and electric generation, a museum, local dances and several festivals (dance and films), to go to villages in the mountains and see the nature. In Khajuraho are many nice and little shops with all kind of products for locals and tourists. Tailors can make for you a new dress, pants, jackets or shirts in one day, special for your size. Many nice restaurants and local places withl indian and european food. We can intermediate to bring you to nice places and to buy tickets for performances and tiger reservations. Also we can call a tuktuk driver to bring you where you want or trustable people who want to take you with their motorbike to show you the environment or to walk through the old village of Khajuraho with the many very old and tiny houses. Once Khajuraho was an important place with more than 100.000 people.
