Everyday essentials like grocery stores, tea shops, bakeries, and local markets are just a few minutes’ walk away. The area is well connected and safe, with easy access to autos and public transport. One of the best parts of staying here is that the beach is just a 10-minute walk from the house — perfect for morning walks, sunset views, or a peaceful break by the shore. The neighbourhood has a warm community feel, with the Cherangai Juma Masjid close by, and good access to Kasaragod town (about 10–15 minutes by road).
