It’s a fully furnished private villa with 3 Bedroom, Hall & Kitchen. All bedrooms are Air Conditioned. All bedrooms have attached modern bathroom with shower, geyser, wash basin, mirror, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, Toilet Paper, Hair Dryer & WC. The living room is big and have 50 Inch 4K Android Tv & Free Wi-Fi. Kitchen includes Refrigerator, Kettle & cupboards. All area home is covered with free Wi-Fi. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Please strictly follow below mentioned house rules. 1 - Possession and consumption of Alcohol and Drugs are strictly prohibited in the homestay premises. If anything happens, Guest is solely liable for that. 2 - Guests are advised not to visit the homestay after consuming alcohol from outside as well. 3 - Wearing of the shoes is not allowed inside the homestay. Please remove it outside in the Shoe Rack. 4 - Driver is not allowed to stay in the homestay, Only Guests can stay. 5 - Please do not bring strangers into our homestay. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. 6 - Please maintain quietness after 10:30 PM. 7 - If we found any damage to the property during stay, we will charge full amount of the damage item. 8 - Smoking is not allowed inside the homestay, if we found smoking any guest then we will fine 5000 Rs. 9 - Pets are not allowed. 10 - Eating of Eggs, Non-Vegetarian food is not allowed inside the homestay. 11 - Since it's a homestay, Guests are requested to wash utensils they have used while stay in the homestay. 12 - 100% Advance payment before Check In. 13 - Strictly Maintain Cleanliness.
