Villa Calangute Phase 10 is an extraordinary mansion situated in Calangute, Goa. This stunning vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area just a 10 minutes walk from Calangute Beach. The private swimming pool, kids pool, pergola and sea horse fountains are a firm favorite. This is a 9BHK villa but we are offering you only 6 bedrooms for 12 adults having a private swimming pool, while the other 3 bedrooms will be kept locked during your entire stay and not given to another party. Guest must do payment within 2 hours to confirm the booking and reply with correct a phone number for any reservation made. Failing to do so will result in the reservation not being accepted, this is to avoid spamming.

Phase 10 is 10 minutes walking distance to the Beach. Our villa is set in the heart of Calangute so shops, supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants and shacks are all within walking distance.
