We exclusively host tourists, foreign nationals and domestic families seeking an authentic cultural experience, offering a peaceful and homely atmosphere for individuals, genuine couples, and families. Local residents are not allowed. Accomodation Policy: This cottage is located in a quiet area. As part of our policy, all guests are required to maintain noise levels within the premises and be considerate of others to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Guests are required to present a valid ID card at check-in. General cleaning of the property is provided free of charge. However, if any guest intentionally causes excessive mess, additional cleaning fees will apply. Only bachelor groups are required to pay a security deposit at check-in. This amount will be fully refunded at checkout. Pool Rules: • Shower before entering. • Young children must be with an adult. • Proper swimwear required. • No alcohol in the pool. • No food waste, spitting, or urinating in the pool. • No loud noise. • Keep off the garden/lawn. • Those who violate pool rules will have to pay water treatment or refilling charges.

The host will not be staying in the property, But the host or staff will always be available.
