Welcome to our another Brand new Vacationer Home Luxurious 2BHK 2 Baths with 2 balconies and access to Terrace to enjoy 360 degree view of Mountains. Unique and Modern 2Bhk ,2 bathrooms and terrace access available for guests which is good to stay for a group of up to 8 guests if booking is made. Our property is located in Secure Gated society in Tapovan, Near 60's Green Hills Hotel, Tapovan Rishikesh. Flat is approx. 250 meter away from Main Badrinath road , but it is motorable road and vehicle can reach till property parking. Location: It is located within Deecon Valley complex and our flat is in one of the building in this complex. This is gated society having securing guard 24*7 so building is safe and secure even for solo travelers or ladies. Sleeping and furniture arrangement Split AC in all bedrooms Each bedroom - has King size bed ,Air conditioner for cooling in summer season and Free WIFI broadband access ,Almirah for cloth storage. One bedrooms with Attached bathroom with geyser for hot water. Second bathroom -attached in Living area-common for other guests to use, geyser fitted. Living halls with attached balcony has total TV and sofa cum bed equivalent to double bed. One additional Sofa cum bed or mattress can be available as per booking made, Parking is common to all guests, If common parking or Free street parking is full then Paid Parking available next to our building- 200 Rs per day to be paid by guest. Our flat has home invertor for partial power back up for lights fans and WiFi for few hours 4-5 hours depending upon usage . Air conditioning, lift ,Geyser like high voltage consumption electrical device won’t work on Generators or Invertor power backup .Guest is required to use stairs in such situations instead of lift.
