The Mulberry House in Kasar is my first step towards the dream of creating a chain of warm, cozy, experiential luxury accommodations in handpicked, off-beat destinations.
The Mulberry House is my love for nature, interest in contemporary design, a decade long professional experience in luxury hospitality and the passion for creating unique hospitality experiences all rolled into one.
All three rooms spread across an acre, offer individual private outdoor spaces, partial views of the snowcapped Himalayas and an array of cozy, quiet corners. In our drive towards a sustainable form of living we have reintegrated the discarded material of the renovated structure into our current designs also securing a degree of originality.
We thrive to offer our guests a holistic conversance with Kasar as a destination as well as the quintessential mountain life with carefully curated experiences. Food & Beverage experiences such as the Jungle Trail Breakfast or the Lagoon Picnic Lunch offer a close tryst with nature. For the adventure seekers, adventure sports activities such as paragliding, rappelling and bouldering can be arranged. Heritage and Nature Walks are our signature offerings.
Starting off at 17, I have spent 12 years in the luxury hospitality industry with the country's leading hotel brand accumulating experiences across all arrays of a luxury, five star hotel. The over a decade long stint was spread across the length and breadth of the country enriching me with various cultural and scenic offerings.
The passion for travel that concocted over these years kept me exploring and experiencing more till I stumbled upon Kasar and fell in love with the "VIBE" of this erstwhile famous village. After spending more than two years in and out, I finally decided to bring other inspired travelers to experience the best of this land and in the bargain, finally call Kasar home.
With the support of my ever-smiling, diligent team, I strive to offer our guests a vacation rich in experiences. An acquaintance to what we believe is the balanced mountain life.
