Elephant Courtyard
Our traditional teak wooden-built cottage has a lake as its backdrop bringing you the most calming stay enriched with luscious Kerala meals. The entire cottage is on pillars and two elephant statues on the front. PS. We do not have an elephant at the property. We have a traditional boat/canoe at our property. Our guests can sail to the beach by canoe, which will take about 30 minutes. Please note that self-canoeing is free of charge. However, it is chargeable if the assistance is required for canoeing. The guests must show a valid identity card before check-in. Please let us know if you need any taxi, auto rickshaw/tuk-tuk, houseboat & Ayurveda services. We can connect to these people upon your request. However, we are not responsible for any of their services. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time through the requests box when booking, or contact our property directly. Please cancel it well in advance if you would like to cancel your booking.
We are a family hosting guests since 2005
The property is located in Arthunkal village. The nearest local beach is only 500 meters away. The river behind our property is connected to the sea. The Arthunkal Basilica church and Arthunkal beach are approximately 2 km away from our property. Marari Beach is 5 km. Alleppey backwaters is 20km. Kumarakom is 24km. Cochin airport is 65km.
