The house is situated right between Mahabaleshwar and Kaas pathar road in one of the widest parts of Mahabaleshwar's western ghats ranges and Tapola river at a distance of 20 Kms. Please Note we have recently renovated our property in the month of May 2025 with New Terrace Roofing, Terrace Floor being Water proofed and additionally we have set up a New Glass enclosure for entire terrace. This will enable our guests to comfortably enjoy the stunning views from our terrace under any weather conditions.

*On Groundfloor we have one room with kitchenette and bed arrangement with attached bathroom.
*On Terrace we have one room with bed arrangement and a Bathroom outside.

The space:
Neat, spacious and well equipped. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, patio along with a kitchen and dining area on terrace with the best valley view. This home has 360 degree of beautiful view looking at the hilly verdure with a majestic view of the valley and River. The kitchen has a gas stove, cooker, gyser, water purifier, pots/implements, and containers/cabinets/racks. Solar and electric geysers supply hot water. Above the flat is a rooftop with remarkable views all around.
Checkin and Key Collection Details:
Self Checkin and Self Checkout. Keys need to be collected from house staff on the way. Stass Address details and other property related info will be sent once booking confirmation received.
Safety tips :
Get your required Medicines as medical are quiet far from property.
Property is located in forest area. We need to be respectful of our surroundings and Wild animals can be sighted. Be vigilant and safe.
Other things to note:
1. The house is well connected by a motorable road.
2. keep shoes outside the room to keep rooms clean of mud deposits.
3. Please keep the apartment clean and tidy just as you would your home.
4. Kindly note during your stay if you maintain house by yourself that would be highly appreciated but if you want cleaning etc to be done by maid, that'll be on extra payment basis.
5. We aren't currently serving food to guests. but we will get you arranged food by our neighborhood cooks.
6. You can cook as you wish in the provided kitchen space. You need to get groceries, rest gas, pots, pans other kitchen items etc. are available. Gas charges will apply at nominal daily charge.
7. The security staff will be available after 7pm.
8. An Indian restaurant is at a distance of 4km which can deliver food. A nearby fast-food joint also delivers. We will provide required details.
