House rule and conditions

1. Bachelors, non-married couples and groups having male members only are not allowed at our property. Only families are allowed to stay at our property.

2. Smoking, Drinking, parties, loud music and nuisance are not allowed at property as it's a quiet and calm place.

3. One Car parking available for personal car. Taxi parking is not allowed. Drivers are not allowed to stay or sleep in the car or on property.

4. Only lights and fans will work on power backup. Lift will not work on power backup.

5. Check in time 12pm and check out time 10 am. Any extensions should be discussed before booking. No changes allowed staying at the property.

6. Full payment needs to be done on or before check in.

7. Compound flooring and 1st floor work in progress.

8. Just to let you know A cow is there in the compound area and properly managed.

If you don't agree or have concern with any point please feel free to reach out to me or cancel the booking. We don't want to have issues for you or for us once you reach our place.

Other important things.

• Any extension in check in / check out should be discussed while booking & not allowed while staying at the property.

• Please don’t make loud noise after 10 Pm till 6 am as this is a quiet place and we do respect others privacy.

• Taxis are allowed only for pick up and drop within premises.

• DRIVERS (Personal / Taxi) are not allowed to stay or sleep within premises at all in any circumstances.

• Only one car parking is available for personal car.

• Bachelors and non-married couples are not allowed at our property. Only families are allowed to stay at our property. If still booked property may reject the booking.

• Couples checking in must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request to book some other place.

• Full payment needs to be done on or before check in. We don't have a policy to pay at check out.

• Only Lights and fans will work on power backup. Lift / AC / Geyser will not work on power backup.

• LOST KEYS incur a replacement fee of INR 1200.

• Damaged Bedsheet will incur INR 1000.

• Damaged Towel will incur INR 700.

• Please don’t spill any food on furniture or do anything that may rip/tare/scratch them. Any damages caused will be charged.

• If any electrical appliance is not functioning at the time of check in, please notify us within 1 hour of check in with photographs / video. If not, you will be held responsible for equipment failure. Damages will be paid by the guest and will be reported to the website from where you have made booking.

• Please handover the keys to the Caretaker when you check out!

يطلب عمل دفعة من خلال تحويل بنكي قبل الوصول. سيقوم مكان الإقامة بالتواصل معك بعد عملية الحجز لإبلاغك بأية تعليمات عن التحويل البنكي.

لا يستضيف مكان الإقامة حفلات توديع العزوبية للرجال فقط أو النساء فقط أو الحفلات المشابهة.

ساعات الالتزام بالهدوء بين 21:00:00 و06:00:00.

لا يمكن للضيوف الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاماً تسجيل الوصول إلا برفقة أحد الوالدين أو وصي رسمي.
