Our team takes utmost care in giving best service with good home cooked food and maintain proper hygiene in all our villas. I like to host people. Its great to know people from all over the globe and its pleasant hosting them. I take utmost care that my guest have a pleasant and memorable stay, hence, before your check-in, I personally call my guest to understand their needs of food, extra mattress etc. so the needful is done before the check-in. We provide customized food, hence, before check-in I organize a menu for my guest to have a smooth process of serving food.

The Farm Villa - by 23 Villa Stay is a large Mediterranean style mansion surrounded by beautiful hills. This Villa is built on a plot of 26,000 sq ft and designed to give a perfect experience of a farmhouse. With over 4000 sq. ft of lush green lawn, lawn for children play area, Cabana for outdoor seating perfect for chitchats, a huge 50 ft long swimming pool where you can relax all day long and a large balcony to relax on with your hot cup of coffee in the mornings. Indoor 2 Living Room: - Two living room on the ground floor and can accommodate 12-15 people - The living room has a flat screen TV with DTH connection 5 Air-conditioned Bedrooms & 1 Bed Non-AC - Rooms are humble and simple, 100% clean and comfortable but not luxurious. Bathrooms: - Attached bathroom with each bedroom and one common bathroom - All the bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided Kitchen - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, basic utensils, microwave and water purifier. Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, cooking of meals is not allowed
