SaffronStays Ahilya Waters By Kosha Villas is a 3-bedroom contemporary-styled villa with a pool in Pawna. This luxury villa near Mumbai features an expansive terrace which offers 270° views of Pawna Lake and Tikona mountains in front, and Tungi Fort and the distant hills in the back. The luxury villa in Pawna is located on a 2 acres estate that also houses Kaia Waters & Yahvi Waters By Kosha Villas that are perfect for larger groups and corporate offsite. There is a living room with a vast terrace and 1 bedroom on the entrance level. A flight of stairs takes you below to the pool and 2 bedrooms that have ensuite bathroom and a shared lounge area with lake views. Guests are advised to travel in sturdy SUVs stocked with backup tires as the last few kilometers of the approach road are rough. Security Deposit: INR 5000 per room & it needs to be paid 2 days prior to check-in. All meals are available at additional charges. High-tea and Lunch are optional. There are no TVs in the villa. The network connectivity here may be weak. There are 3 friendly guard dogs on the property at the gate. Driver's accommodation is available for 1 driver. Charges are INR 1500/- per night (inclusive of accommodation & meals).Meal preferences to be conveyed 48 hours before check-in. Adventure lovers will love the location of this estate as you can go on the famous Tung Fort trek less than 2km away and enjoy water activities like boating and canoeing at Pawna lake which is 5km away. Additionally, there are three Hindu temples nearby, and our property manager can guide you with the same.
