Nestled amidst trees and the tranquility of the forest, SaffronStays Aranya Vilas is a beautiful 3-bedroom infinity pool pet-friendly villa in Pawna with lush lawns and unending views of the Sahyadri. The villa boasts an infinity-view swing, a machan, a private waterfall in the monsoons, and plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged! The villa also has some sustainable practices in place, like five solar panels that provide electricity backup, separate bins for dry and wet waste, and minimal use of plastic. The villa opens up to a vast living room on the ground floor, with windows all around to ensure plenty of sunlight inside the house. A flight of stairs leads to the first floor, which has two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. There is a huge deck on this floor, overlooking the hills and valleys. Another flight of stairs takes you to the loft, where there is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The backyard of the house has a gorgeous infinity pool with emerald green waters, a gazebo, and 2 hammocks to unwind and relax. There is also a machan on one of the trees. A Security Deposit of INR 5000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. Meal charges (All Meals): Adults(12+ yrs) Veg/Non-Veg INR 2000 +GST, Kids(6-12 yrs) Veg/Non-Veg 1200 +GST. BBQ charges Veg/Non-Veg INR 650 +GST per person. The last kilometer of the access road is a mud road. Network connectivity is weak here. Jio & Airtel works fairly well. Given the location of the home amidst nature, you may spot some creepy crawlies (especially during rain). Please reach out to the caretaker in such cases and not harm them. Pet charges are INR 1500 +GST per pet per day. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are strictly not allowed on any of the furniture or in the swimming pool. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.

Spend some quality time with your family and friends playing games like volleyball, basketball, archery, and darts. - A private waterfall with a pool is formed at the backside of the villa during monsoons - have the time of your life splashing around in this natural wonder! - If you are the adventurous type, the Morgiri trek is just 10 minutes (3.5 km) away from the villa, while the Tung fort is 12 minutes (5.4 km) away.
