SaffronStays Lake House~Bouganvillea is a 4-bedroom pool villa. Nestled amidst abundant flora and fauna, the estate overlooks the Mahiravani Dam and is located 4 hours (169 km) away from Mumbai. The estate also has several shared spaces like an entertainment room, outdoor dining areas, a basketball court, expansive lawns, a bonfire area and gazebos. The private estate also includes 4 cottages with private plunge pools SaffronStays Lake House ~ Marigold located on the same premises. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Guests can book 1 or more rooms. Security Deposit: INR 3000 per room. Meal Charges: Full course meal-Adult Veg/Non-Veg INR 1200 + GST Full course meal-Kids Veg/Non-Veg INR 1200 + GST Half course meal-Adult Veg/Non-Veg INR 1000 + GST Half course meal-Kids Veg/Non-Veg INR 1000 + GST Driver & House help accommodation is available charges for the same are INR 1500 + GST per person, per night including basic meals. Up to 4 people can be accommodated. Guests are prohibited to enter the Mahiravani Dam waters. Bonfire can be made available on prior request at a charge of Rs 600 for 2 hours. Room amenities include a private closet, a verandah, a TV, a closet, an intercom, and an air conditioner. 10 cars can be parked on the property free of additional charges. Villa amenities include gardens, a swimming pool, indoor games like cards, and monopoly, outdoor games like basketball, volleyball, and badminton, WiFi, barbecue and bonfire. The home is located in a very convenient location with fine-conditioned roads, only 3 minutes drive away from Nashik Trimbak Highway and 20 minute's drive away from Nashik.
