Sagar Niwas is a Traditional Villa, self-serviced, with all amenities of a house. Awesome for family with kids and elderly, as we have enough space . Good location for IT and Biotech working crowd, visiting Bangalore Advantages: 1. 10 to 15min drive from Electronic City, Bangalore. 2. Working kitchen for long term stay needs 3. Large Living room, so that additional guests can stay (4) . We will provide mattress as needed. 4. Internet - WIFI high speed. 5. On demand laundary and grocery (to be notified 24 hrs in advance). What we dont have : 1. No AC, as Bangalore is cool by default in night. 2. No Party events allowed. 3. Avoid Pets
