The Studio/ 1 BHK independent Service Apartments are all to yourselves. You can cook, dine on the dining table, sit in the sitting area and chill in your 650 sq ft air conditioned apartment with sliding/ Fenesta windows with grand city view. It is like your completely loaded home away from home. On the same floor, we have a 4 BHK apartment, out of which we let out three double deluxe rooms, the other rooms for our office and accomodation. They are also completely sooped up having their own mini bar, electric kettle, unlimited drinking water from aqua guard, 32 inch LED TV with HD channels, electronic safe, modern attached toilet, micro etc. The studios have Netflix, Prime and 14 other OTT channels Both the formats have front loaded washing machine, wherein we provide washing powder, HD TV channels with choice of regional packs, high speed 100 MBps WiFI, Blow Drryer, Iron and Iron Board, aqua guard drinking water, complimentary B& Breakfast type breakfast, Brief about the apartment, Calcutta and places to visit. The bathrooms are on the exterior walls so there is natural air and sunlight and so are the bedrooms with windows opening into the city view. We provide all linen and toiletries and the Linen is changed once every 5th day. The Room and beds are dusted and cleaned daily and the sweeper does the room and bathroom cleaning daily. The rooms are well defined unlike the pigeon hole rooms of newer buildings and 3/4 star hotels. The location couldnt be better at Park Street area, the heart of Calcutta.
Love to vacation. Picked up ideas from various Hotels, Apartments and implemented the best of them. Play Badminton & love clubbing & being social
The property is off Park Street, the high street of Calcutta. Hence, there are almost 80 restaurants in the vicinity. The open market is 15 seconds away, the supermarket 40 seconds away. Close to New Market, Indian Museum, Victoria Memorial, Dalhousie, Chowringhee, Mother House. Auto and Bus stand 30 seconds away. Tube railway a 4 mins walk. The shopping malls 300 mtrs away, Inox movie hall 1 KM away. Umpteen number of yellow taxis, Uber & OLA available in Calcutta. Nursing homes a min away as well. The address is just off Park Street. Park Street is the Heart and Soul of this cultural city of joy. If you aren't staying in or around Park Street, you ain't staying in Calcutta
