يقع تي هارفيستر على أرتفاع 1800 متر فوق مستوى سطح البحر في مُنّار في منطقة ولاية كيرالا ويوفر مركز سبا ومركز للياقة البدنية، ويضم المنتجع مرافق الشواء وتراس ويمكن للضيوف الاستمتاع بتناول وجبة في المطعم، كما يتوفر موقف خاص للسيارات مجانًا في الموقع.
تضم كل غرفة تلفزيون بشاشة مسطحة ومشغل دي في دي، وتوفر بعض الغرف للضيوف منطقة جلوس للاسترخاء بها بعد قضاء يوم حافل، وتتوفر غلاية في الغرفة، وتضم كل غرفة حمام خاص مع حوض استحمام أو دش ومرحاض مع النعال، كما تتوفر لوازم استحمام مجانية ومجفف للشعر لراحة الضيوف، ويوفر تي هارفيستر خدمة الواي فاي المجانية في جميع أنحاء مكان الإقامة.
