Our bright, peppy interiors are sure to make you smile. With numerous windows throughout the house, you will enjoy a fresh breeze. Our property is 100 meters away from the private Beach and next to our common swimming pool. This listing is for a 2 bedroom-hall-kitchen home. The hall has a cozy sofa bed and both bedrooms have a queen size bed, air-conditioned with which we can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. There is a kitchen fully equipped with pots and pans, and appliances like a fridge, microwave, induction stove, and kettle. In the hall, comfortable seats with 43" LED Smart TV including DTH and a separate dining table are available in the kitchen. The balcony has a beautiful sit-out with a green grass mat for families and couples. The villa is right in front of the main road to the Mahabalipuram route with direct beach access property. <<< Guests are not allowed to smoke or drink alcohol near the swimming pool. Pool will be provided for any 1-hour slot, which the caretaker will allocate the same. Last-minute booking customers need to make the full payment upfront to block the calendar and other customers need to make min 50% payment upfront to block the calendar and balance before check-in.
