Your Clean & Comfortable Home Away from Home Located at the entrance of a quiet lane, our bright white homestay offers comfortable accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floors, accessible via an outdoor staircase. The property features 6 guest rooms, each with an attached private bathroom. Guests can enjoy a public dining area, a communal kitchen with basic kitchenette facilities, a spacious hall on the 2nd floor, as well as balconies and a rooftop terrace ideal for sunbathing, yoga, or drying clothes. The homestay provides solar-heated hot water and maintains a non-smoking indoor environment. We aim to offer clean, cozy rooms and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel at home. Suitable for families, solo travelers, and groups. House Rules Cleanliness: Guests are kindly requested to keep the property clean and tidy. Kitchen Use: Please wash your dishes and clean up after using the kitchen or dining area. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 23:00 onwards. Please respect other guests during this time. Room Cleaning: Daily cleaning is available on request. If no request is made, rooms will be cleaned once every 3 days. Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoor areas are available if needed.

We are a small intercultural family—I am from India, my wife is from Hong Kong, and we have one lovely child. Our home is a blend of both our cultures, and we love sharing that warmth with people from all over the world. Within about a 10-minute walk, you’ll find several cafés and small eateries, great for relaxing with a drink or enjoying a light meal. The neighbourhood is also rich in culture—a temple, a mosque, and a church are all within 200 meters, reflecting the peaceful diversity of the community. Nearby, you can also walk to local attractions such as galleries, nail art studio, and the Kathakali centre, where you can experience traditional performances and local arts up close.
