Welcome to our Tharavadu. Tharavadu comes from the word for ancestral home and refers to a system of the joint family once practised in Kerala. We are pleased to introduce this property, a 130-year lineage, lovingly restored and maintained to modern standards. We hope that you will enjoy your stay and that the carefully curated art and furniture will be available to you during your stay. The house is officially certified "Diamond House" standard by the Kerala Tourism Department.
In addition to the Tharavadu, you will have access to a private living space by the lake, which is a minute's walk from the Tharavadu. There are Yoga, Kayaking, and Boating facilities available. Private mooring space and a jetty offer the ideal place to enjoy sunsets by Astamudi Lake.
A quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of secure parking for up to 6 cars within the property walls.
We can arrange bicycles (up to 2 numbers) to explore locally.
We also offer airport pick-ups and drop-offs and can arrange chauffeur-driven cars if needed.
