A lovely apartment right in the center of the city. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Smart flat-screen TV and private entrance. Just around the corner you will find some of the cities best restaurants and shops as well as historical buildings. The apartment is in walking distance from everything you'll need.

Neighbourhood information

This apartment is right in the city center. It's in walking distance to supermarket, geothermal swimming pool, the harbour and right next to Laugavegur, which has a ton of restaurants, bars and stores. Hlemmur foodhall is only in 5 minutes walking distance, where you can experience a variety of foods and the popular Sun Voyager statue by the sea is in 15 min walking distance.
