Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property information

Our apartment has two bedrooms, Master bedroom has King Size bed (180x200cm) , second bedroom has Single Bed (120x200cm), we can also add two single beds (90x200cm) if needed, one in the main bedroom and one in the living room. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. The apartment is on the 1st floor in the building. Our living room is spacious with nice sitting area. From the living room you can enter our balcony.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is located in a popular neighborhood in Kópavogur, only 3.5 km walk / dirve to Sky Lagoon. Grocery stores, Krónan and Bónus is close by, also Bakery Brauð & Co and Brikk. Swimming pool Kópavogslaug is also close by. Reykjavik downtown is only 5 km drive away.
