Our houses are all built in the years of 1898 to 1904. We started renovating them in the beginning of 2014 after they had been neglected of maintenance for some time before.
We had some great workers and an interior designer helping us make our apartments look homey and charming with style and we are very happy and proud of the outcome.
Our apartments are all side-by-side in an "L" shape line on the corner of Hverfisgata and Vatnsstígur which are located downtown Reykjavik city.

Our low priced supermarket Bónus and many of the most popular restaurants and bars all within 12 minutes walk from our apartments, that also includes many popular Icelandic monuments and museums.
