To access the house you can do a SELF CHECK-IN starting from 3 pm. You will be sent by phone all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and the unlock code to access the keys. You will therefore be able to independently manage your arrival and not have to worry about the time and any delays or changes of program. Before arrival we will only ask you to follow the instructions of our representative regarding the mandatory Guest Registration procedure, therefore the communication of the necessary data/documents and the Visual Recognition phase, also mandatory from the year 2025. You will be sent instructions for everything by phone, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. The check out will be carried out in person by our representatives and must normally be done by 10 am. ATTENTION: -We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the booking receipt for your expenses. -The outside area with table and chairs near the entrance is private, while the relaxation corner with deckchairs and hot tub is shared with other guests of the villa next door. We ask you to always behave with respect and education and to share the equipment correctly. The upper floor of the villas is inhabited by stable tenants but discretion will always be maximum on their part. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people than those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask 5 euros per night for each animal. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and is included in the price. The house is equipped with WI-FI connection, independent heating and air conditioning.
