Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 40 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Large apartment in a villa with garden and swimming pool located on the first hill of Sestri, ideal for your group or family holidays, surrounded by nature and with a splendid view of the greenery and the sea. The center of Sestri is about 3km away as well as the first beaches. From here you can also reach with short trips the nearby towns of Tigullio such as Santa Margherita and Portofino, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre. The living room, welcoming and spacious, is equipped with a large TV near a fireplace, sofa and sofa bed for one person. The kitchen is well equipped and supplied with everything you may need to prepare and eat meals at home. Also on the first floor you will find the first bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom complete only with sanitary ware. On the first floor where there are the other bedrooms divided as follows: a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom complete with toilet and shower next to a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a washing machine that can be used during the stay, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe, and a last bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. Moving outside in the garden you will find a barbecue area, with table and chairs but above all the splendid swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing. There is free WI-FI. Outside the gate there are 2/3 parking spaces (depending on the size of the cars). There is air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. The swimming pool is outside and available from the FIRST OF APRIL to about mid-September, obviously also depending on the weather. You will have access to all the rooms of the apartment which is rented entirely and has a private entrance. THE GARDEN AREA, THE BARBECUE, THE OUTDOOR DINING AREA AND THE POOL ARE SHARED WITH THE OTHER GUESTS OF THE SECOND APARTMENT OF THE VILLA. We ask you to divide the spaces politely.

In addition to being able to visit the city of Sestri Levante, moving around the area you will be able to reach with short trips the most beautiful places of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino while proceeding in the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until arriving at Lerici, Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Travel can be done by car or by train, reaching the train station of Sestri Levante. There is also the possibility of taking bookable boat tours, which connect the cities by sea to fully enjoy the splendor of the area from the perspective of the sea.
