Before arrival we will only ask you to follow the instructions of our representative regarding the mandatory Guest Registration procedure, therefore the communication of the necessary data/documents and the Visual Recognition phase, also mandatory from the year 2025. You will be sent instructions for everything by phone, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be done by 10 am. The bathroom is welcoming and modern with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine that can be used during your stay. The bed linen is rented from a specialized company and supplied by us based on the number of people present in the booking and is included in the price. The house is equipped with WI-FI connection, independent heating with radiators and air conditioning, present only in the living room but very powerful and able to cool the whole house. There is also free private parking next to the house. Pets are allowed for a surcharge.
