Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! To ​​access the house you can do a SELF CHECK-IN starting from 3 pm. You will be sent by phone all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and the unlock code to access the keys. You will therefore be able to independently manage your arrival and not have to worry about the time and any delays or changes of program. Before arrival we will only ask you to follow the instructions of our representative regarding the mandatory Guest Registration procedure, therefore the communication of the necessary data/documents and the Visual Recognition phase, also mandatory from the year 2025. You will be sent instructions for everything by phone, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be done by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people than those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask 5 euros per night for each animal. OPTIONS TO GET TO THE HOUSE: By car, taking the A12 motorway with exit at Sestri Levante. Cozy apartment with garden located in the hamlet of Massasco, Casarza Ligure, a fifteen minute drive from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante, for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. It has free private parking, air conditioning and WI-FI connection. Completely renovated recently and carefully furnished, the apartment is located inside a villa divided into three accommodations with independent entrance and a beautiful and large private outdoor patio with table, sofa and chairs ideal for eating outdoors or enjoying the days and the evenings of the summer. Located on the ground floor, the entrance leads to a bright living area, where you will find a sofa bed for two people, a television and a dining table and an open kitchen directly equipped with hob, fridge and freezer, oven, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a moka pot, pots, pans, crockery and everything you might need to prepare and eat meals. 6 people can stay in the apartment: in addition to the sofa bed in the living room you will find a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings and a second bedroom with two single beds and an additional wardrobe. The modern bathroom is complete with sanitary ware, shower and washing machine. The bed linen is rented from a specialized company and supplied by us based on the number of people present in the booking and is included in the price. The house is equipped with WI-FI connection, independent heating with radiators and air conditioning, present only in the living room but very powerful and able to cool the whole house. There is also free private parking next to the house. Pets are allowed for a surcharge. For waste you will find public bins 100 meters down the street.

The house is located a few minutes by car from Casarza Ligure where you will find all the main services: supermarkets, bars, restaurants. It is about 10 minutes by car from the center of Sestri Levante and the sea. Surrounded by the greenery of the first hills surrounding Sestri, the house is characterized by an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, ideal for those who want to regenerate from the city life while still remaining a short distance from services and the sea. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous places in the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or by following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa.
