Since 20 years my job is hosting people coming from all over the world. I discovered how much I like to let people enjoy the territory around la Spezia, a land that I know very well. I come from 5 Terre, and I worked there for more than 10 years managing a nice touristic structure. That's why I know very well the National Park area and why I can suggest tips and tricks to discover places where usually the mass of the tourists don't go. I like to talk with the people from other countries to give and receive continuously new information about this little world where we live.

Our rooms are in an apartment completely renovated in 2015 inside a heritage building built in the late '800. We host our guests in nice rooms with every comfort: soundproof windows, safe, minibar, LCD TV, free WiFi, climatization, table with chair, private bathroom. A large common room is available for socializing with other guests . There is a balcony access for smoking guests. BREAKFAST INFORMATION: ITALIAN Breakfast is served in a bar very close to the rooms every morning from 7:30 to 10:00 am It consists of: 1) Cappuccino or Coffee or Hot milk or Tea + 1 Pastry + 1 glasss of orange juice IN THE ROOM you will find everyday (for free) 1) 1 packed snack per person 2) Golden rusks + Nutella and Jams 3) Packed fruit Juices + cookies In the common room available for free: microwave owen, Kettle and tea bags, sugars , instant coffee.

La Spezia is a nice quiet provincial town. After a century of industrial development, it is coming back to its natural vocation: the tourism. La Spezia has important traces of its past, like the Castle of S. Giorgio (400 meters far from us) with its archeologic museum and an Amazing view on the city and the gulf. The center of the city, where we are, is full of shops and restaurants. We have our own list of traditional restaurants with a good quality / price rate. We don't have agreements or discounts with them, but we assure their quality. Very close to our location you can find very interesting museums like: Museo LIA (medieval and classic art) , Camec (contemporary art), Museo navale (Italian Navy museum). In 10 minutes by train you reach 5 Terre. In 20 minutes by bus or by ferry you reach Portovenere. In 30 minutes by bus you get in Lerici.
